Terms of Service
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms cover use of FeedStreak at https://feedstreak.com. Creating an account or using the service means you accept them.
Acceptance
FeedStreak is the name of this service. A registered legal entity name is not published on this page.
If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that organization. The Privacy Policy describes how account and content data is handled.
The service
FeedStreak lets you upload finished videos, connect social accounts you are allowed to use, and schedule or publish posts to those accounts. Queuing a post is an explicit action. The service does not promise that every platform will accept a post, that a post will go live at an exact second, or that a platform API will keep working in the same way.
Your account
You are responsible for the email and password on your account, for who you invite into the workspace, and for the channels you connect. Tell us if you believe the account is being used without permission, using the contact details below.
Connected social accounts
OAuth authorization lets the service act on a destination only within the permissions you grant. By connecting an account and queueing a post, you authorize FeedStreak to send that post to the selected destination. You must own the account or have permission to publish there. You can disconnect a channel from Accounts. Disconnect details are on the data deletion page.
Platform integrations can be added, limited, or removed when a platform changes its API, requires a review we have not completed, or when the integration is not configured. A missing integration is shown as unavailable. It is not simulated.
Your content
You keep ownership of the videos, captions, and other content you upload. You give FeedStreak permission to host that content and to transmit it to the destinations you select, only so the service can do what you asked. You are responsible for having the rights to that content and for the consequences of publishing it.
Acceptable use
You will not:
- upload or publish content you do not have rights to publish
- use the service to break the law or a platform’s rules
- attempt to access another customer’s workspace or tokens
- probe, overload, or disrupt the service or a platform API
- use the service to distribute malware or to mislead a platform about who is publishing
Availability
The service is provided as available. There is no uptime guarantee in these terms. We may change features, suspend a broken integration, or interrupt the service for maintenance or security.
Intellectual property
The FeedStreak name, interface, and software are owned by the operator of the service. These terms do not assign that property to you. You may not copy the product or present it as your own service.
Plans and payment
The public site describes Creator and Studio plans and their monthly prices. Creating an account does not by itself start a paid subscription. A charge happens only if you complete checkout while billing is enabled. When billing is enabled, Stripe processes the payment, and the workspace stores the resulting subscription status. If billing is not enabled, paid checkout is unavailable. These terms do not add a refund rule beyond what is shown at checkout or required by law.
Suspension and ending access
You may stop using the service and ask for account deletion as described on the data deletion page. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, creates risk for other customers, or can no longer be operated safely. Suspension does not delete posts that a platform has already published.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that publishing will be error-free, that a platform will keep an API available, or that content will be accepted or remain online.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, FeedStreak and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for a platform’s removal of content or revocation of access. Total liability arising out of the service in the 12 months before a claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in those 12 months. If you paid no fees, that amount is zero, except where the law does not allow this limit.
Governing law
These terms do not name a country, state, or court. A governing law has not been published yet.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version at this URL. The date at the top is the date of the current version. If you continue to use the service after an update, you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and request deletion of the account.
