How to reuse one finished video across Shorts, Reels, and TikTok
You do not need a different file for every platform. You do need a destination that is actually connected, and you still review each proposed post.
One file, selected accounts
Upload one finished clip. In Fill Network, include the YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook accounts that should receive it.
Default reuse: the same video may be used once per selected account. It is not used twice on the same account unless you allow reuse. Two accounts on the same day can share the clip — that is how 7 videos × 2 accounts becomes 14 posts.
What each platform actually requires
YouTube treats square or vertical uploads up to three minutes as Shorts. That is YouTube’s current classification, not a FeedStreak invention.
Instagram Reels are published with media_type=REELS on Instagram’s API. FeedStreak’s planner currently requires Reels to be at least 3 seconds and no more than 15 minutes.
TikTok posting through an unaudited app is tester-limited: private visibility, a small tester set, and a posting cap. Passing TikTok’s audit is a provider step, not something this landing page can promise.
Review each proposed post
Titles, captions, privacy, and times can differ by destination even when the file is the same. Review is where you catch that before Queue.
This is not a claim that platforms rank reused files the same way. FeedStreak does not promise reach, and it does not invent a cross-platform “duplicate penalty.”
Useful limitations
- Do not assume every logo on the landing page is connectable on this deployment.
- Meta App Review may still apply for Instagram and Facebook even when the destinations exist in the product.
- Provider length, privacy, and audit rules can change. Check the linked official docs before relying on a limit.
